How we handle website enquiry information.

Information we collect

When you use the project enquiry form, we collect the name, business email, company and project or application details that you choose to provide. We also store the page path and selected product context used to start the enquiry. The hosting and security layers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser information and timestamps.

Why we use it

We use this information to review and respond to the enquiry, understand the requested bottle-sealing application, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, keep an operational record and follow up on any resulting quotation, sample, order or support discussion.

Who processes it

Authorised CY Seal personnel can review enquiry records. The website is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure and uses Cloudflare network and Web Analytics services. WordPress and the enabled site components process the information needed to operate the website. The site also loads Google advertising measurement, described under Cookies and similar storage below. We do not publish enquiry records.

Cookies and similar storage

Browsing this site stores a small amount of information on your device, in addition to the enquiry details you choose to send.

Google advertising measurement stores a cookie named _gcl_au and a related entry in your browser's local storage named _gcl_ls. These are set by Google and support measuring whether an advertising click led to a project enquiry. WordPress stores a session-only entry named wpEmojiSettingsSupports, which records whether your browser supports emoji and is removed when you close the tab. Cloudflare Web Analytics reports aggregate page views without storing information on your device.

There is currently no on-site preference control for this storage. You can block or clear it in your browser settings, and the site continues to work without it.

Retention and deletion

We retain enquiry information while it is needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship, meet applicable record-keeping obligations and resolve disputes. We review it for deletion when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
