Customization & supply options
Define the liner around your project—not a list of options.
Share the application, bottle-neck information and the result you need. Features are reviewed together within the capability of the selected liner.
Discuss a custom liner ↗Review inputs
Four questions organize the discussion.
Dimensions & structure
Provide complete neck information and application conditions. A nominal diameter alone is not a final specification.
- You provide
- Complete bottle-neck information—dimensions, a drawing, clear photos or a sample—plus the container material, the contents and the current sealing method.
- We confirm
- The material, structure and dimensions against the actual bottle and process.
- Confirmed by
- A sample tested under your actual conditions, and a final specification agreed by both sides.
Print & embossing
Share the wording, artwork, drawing or surface reference and identify the version to review.
- You provide
- The wording or artwork, or the required raised or recessed surface detail, with a drawing or reference, and which version should be reviewed.
- We confirm
- The artwork or embossing detail against the selected liner, material and structure.
- Confirmed by
- The agreed artwork or detail version, confirmed in writing before production.
Tabs & peel requirements
Describe the intended opening action. Availability depends on the selected material, structure and test result.
- You provide
- The intended opening action, and whether an easy-peel or non-easy-peel result is required.
- We confirm
- Whether the requested opening feature is available for the selected material, structure and format.
- Confirmed by
- A sample test under your conditions; the agreed opening requirement is then written into the final specification.
Format & specified material
Identify whether equipment uses discs or rollstock, and name any exact material and conversion requirement.
- You provide
- Whether your equipment feeds pre-cut discs or rollstock, and the exact material and finished component if a material is specified.
- We confirm
- The format against the selected product and your feeding arrangement, and the material and conversion requirement for the order.
- Confirmed by
- The supply format and the material recorded in the order and the final specification.
A feature available for one liner is not automatically available for every product.

Supply format
The format follows the feeding method.
Confirm the format against the selected product and actual process.
Pre-cut discs
Individual components prepared for the relevant bottle and feeding arrangement.
Rollstock
Continuous material supplied for compatible feeding and conversion conditions.
The same sealing product can be supplied in either form. The sealing result is the same; the difference is how your equipment feeds the material.
Specified material
Need a named material converted?
Tell us the exact material requirement and the finished component you need. For an agreed order, the specified material is purchased as semi-finished material or rollstock and die-cut into finished parts in our own factory.
Material sourcing and conversion do not imply an authorized agency relationship.
Describe the material requirement →Version control
Make the agreed version clear.

Changes after confirmation require a written update and a review of feasibility, cost and timing.

A drawing, a clear photo or a description can start the discussion. Identify anything that is not yet confirmed.
