Ordering & delivery
Clear conditions before the order moves forward.
Price, quantity and timing need a shared specification and a clear commercial basis. Begin with an initial discussion, then confirm the written quotation and order conditions.
Discuss your project requirements ↗Price context
Ask about price early. Know what the answer is based on.
Reference estimate
An indicative price or range may be discussed using clear assumptions where enough information is available. It does not confirm suitability.
Formal quotation
A formal quotation follows required testing, the final specification and the commercial details for the order.
Compare the same material or structure, specification, quantity, customization and trade conditions—not unit price alone.
Quantity and timing depend on the confirmed project.
- Reference
- Samples typically take 2–7 working days. Bulk production typically takes 2–15 working days. The company's published terms accept EXW, FOB and CIF.
- Depends on
- The specification, material availability, quantity, customization requirements and the production arrangement at the time of the order.
- Not a promise
- These are reference ranges, not a committed lead time, and the trade term is agreed for the order rather than fixed here. Your order's timing and terms are confirmed in writing, and lead time starts when the agreed start conditions are met.
There is no single minimum order quantity for every liner and process.
Written basis
What the quotation and order need to identify.
- Product and structure
- Final specification
- Supply format: pre-cut discs or rollstock
- Quantity and unit price
- Delivery timing
- Trade conditions
- Payment conditions
- Quotation validity
- Agreed customization
Production release
Start production from a confirmed basis.
Lead time starts when the agreed start conditions are met. Destination, shipping, documents and responsibilities are confirmed for the order.

Changes
Confirm a new version before it is used.
Specification, quantity, artwork or other agreed changes require written confirmation and a review of feasibility, cost and timing. For split deliveries, agree the quantity, dates and payment milestones for each shipment.
Reorder the confirmed solution—not an assumption.
Unchanged confirmed application
Reference the previous order or specification and confirm the key conditions are unchanged.
Changed or new application
Review changes that could affect sealing. A new bottle or application is assessed separately.
Supporting equipment
Equipment has its own order conditions.
Supporting equipment is sourced from an equipment manufacturer and supplied under an agreed private-label arrangement. It is not manufactured by us.
Configuration, spare parts and consumables, the installation and commissioning method, training, warranty and after-sales responsibilities are reviewed and confirmed in writing for each equipment project. No universal warranty period or free-service scope applies across projects.
