Prepare information
Follow the diagnostic order.
Unknown is acceptable. Mark it clearly instead of replacing it with an assumption.

Testing responsibility
Agree who can test under actual conditions.
Customer or actual user
Carry out or coordinate the test using the actual bottle, contents and process, then confirm the result.
CY Seal
Match candidate samples to available information, provide relevant guidance and help review anomalies.
If the actual user is another party, agree how test conditions and feedback can be shared without unrelated confidential information.
Final confirmation
A dispatched sample is not a confirmed solution.
New information or a change to key conditions may require another review.
- Test result
- The accepted result is recorded against the confirmed specification version, together with the material and structure, the bottle-neck specification, the quantity and the customization requirements.
- Production version
- Production follows the latest confirmed version. A change after confirmation needs written agreement and creates a new version; the previous version no longer applies.
Confirm the sample arrangement before it starts.
Quantity, preparation, shipping, charges and the target timing are confirmed for the project. No universal free-sample or lead-time promise is implied.
