CY Seal / BOTTLE CLOSURE SYSTEMS

How we work

Start with the application. Confirm the details together.

A liner project moves through application information, a candidate, testing and a clear final specification. Commercial and delivery conditions then define the order.

Once the application and specification are confirmed, the project moves from review into production and delivery.

The working route

Each step produces a clearer next decision.

  1. 01

    Identify the sealing requirement.

Start with the bottle or project and the reason for the enquiry.

    Your input
The bottle or project you need to seal, and the reason for the enquiry.
    Our output
Confirmation that there is a specific sealing requirement to review.
    Testing
    Not at this step.
  2. 02

    Review application details.

Check contents, current method, issue, container, neck information and customization needs.

    Your input
Contents, current sealing method and issue, container material, bottle-neck information and customization needs.
    Our output
The missing information identified, and the basis for a candidate liner.
    Testing
    Not at this step.
  3. 03

    Propose a candidate and samples.

Review the candidate liner and the sample arrangement for the application.

    Your input
The technical details available, and how the sample can be tested.
    Our output
A proposed liner and the sample arrangement for the application.
    Testing
The sample is arranged here; it is tested under your conditions at step 04.
  4. 04

    Test under actual conditions.

Share results and observations before changing the candidate or arranging another sample.

    Your input
Results and observations from the actual bottle, contents and sealing process.
    Our output
A review of any issue before the candidate is changed or another sample is arranged.
    Testing
Yes—under your actual conditions, carried out by you or the actual user.
  5. 05

    Confirm the final specification.

Agree the material, structure, dimensions and relevant customization details.

    Your input
Confirmation of the test result, and the final material, structure and dimensions.
    Our output
An agreed specification covering material, structure, dimensions and the relevant customization details.
    Testing
The accepted test result is the basis for this step.
  6. 06

    Confirm the quotation and order.

Confirm quantity, timing and applicable commercial conditions in writing.

    Your input
Order quantity, delivery requirements and acceptance of the applicable commercial conditions.
    Our output
The written order details and the agreed payment conditions.
    Testing
Not repeated unless a key condition has changed.
  7. 07

    Move into production and delivery.

Production release follows completion of the agreed start conditions and required order information.

    Your input
Any remaining information the agreed order needs.
    Our output
Production released once the agreed start conditions are complete, then dispatch.
    Testing
    Not at this step.

Commercial check

Need an initial price discussion before testing?

A reference estimate may be discussed where enough information exists and assumptions are stated. It is not a formal quotation or confirmed specification.

How estimates and quotations differ →

Repeat path

Reordering an unchanged solution?

Reference the previous order or specification. If key conditions and validity are unchanged, repeated diagnosis and sampling may not be needed.

Review repeat orders and changes →

Responsibility

Keep the right people involved.

Our role

Discuss a candidate, provide relevant guidance and help review anomalies.

Your role

Provide or coordinate application information and testing under actual conditions.

Together

Confirm the final specification and the order conditions.
